These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") explain the rules for using our website (www.firstclassflightforless.com) and our flight concierge service ("Service"). By using our service, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully!
We understand that plans can change. However, changing or cancelling reservations is only possible if you originally booked a "Flexible Fare" option. These fares come with a $350 processing fee (per person) on top of any airline fees for changes or cancellations. No refunds are offered, but with a Flexible Fare, you'll receive a credit (minus airline/hotel fees) for a future long-haul international flight of equal or greater value. This credit is valid for one year from your original purchase date.
No-show tickets cannot be refunded or exchanged. It's crucial to cancel your reservation and reschedule your trip before your departure date to avoid losing your ticket entirely.
We'll send your ticket confirmations and important travel information via email. Be sure to check your email frequently, including your spam folder, to ensure you receive these updates. Double-check the email address you provide is correct to avoid missing crucial information.
Failing to use any reservation will result in the automatic cancellation of all connected flights and the suspension of your tickets. The tickets must be used in the order they were issued.
Airline tickets are subject to the airline's published conditions of carriage, including cancellation policies. These airline policies are separate from our Terms and Conditions. Airlines have the right to adjust flight times and schedules, potentially impacting your itinerary. They may also cancel flights altogether. First Class Flight for Less is not responsible for any airline schedule changes or cancellations.
If for any reason your ticket isn't honored, contact us immediately. We guarantee your ticket up to the amount you paid, and we'll work to replace your ticket within 24 hours, offer a full refund, or provide other options within that timeframe.
Keep in mind that frequent flyer points, upgrades, vouchers, and other airline incentives might not apply to all flights booked through us. In some cases, we may need to create a frequent flyer account for you, and you'll need to agree to us acting on your behalf.
We partner with various third-party websites, airlines, and services. While we strive to work with reputable companies, we have no control over their content, privacy policies, or practices. We are not responsible for any issues arising from these third-party services. We strongly advise you to review their terms and conditions regarding baggage allowance, visa and passport requirements, flight delays and connections, and the in-flight experience.
In no event shall First Class Flight for Less, or any of our associates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages you experience while using our service or from third-party websites or airlines. Exceptions apply for unavoidable circumstances beyond our control.
The content, features, and functionality of this website are our exclusive property (First Class Flight for Less) and our licensors. The website is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not waive our right to do so in the future. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, the remaining provisions will still be enforceable. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service and supersede any prior agreements.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes. By continuing to use our service after the updates are effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you don't agree to the new terms, please stop using our Service.
